Nordwend Intelligence Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Nordwend Intelligence platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Nordwend Intelligence is a unified AI research platform for investment research across stocks, crypto, and macro, provided by RES Solutions Ltd.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality, all account activity, providing accurate information, and notifying us of unauthorized use.

4. Payment & Subscription

The platform is offered on subscription or enterprise agreement basis. Prices are displayed at purchase. Price changes do not affect prepaid periods.

5. Withdrawal & Refund Policy (Digital Services)

By purchasing digital services, you agree that access is provided immediately after payment. In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. Payments are final except where required by law or in cases of verified technical failure. Refund requests: hello@vibestudio-res.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, designs, models, and logos are owned by RES Solutions Ltd. A limited, non-exclusive, revocable license is granted for authorized use of the platform.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. We store and process it solely to provide the service.

8. Prohibited Use

No unlawful use, unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, disruption, or misuse of platform data or AI outputs.

9. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party content or services linked from the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach. You may terminate your account at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. Research outputs are informational and do not constitute investment advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RES Solutions Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for investment decisions made based on platform outputs.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which RES Solutions Ltd. is established.
