Terms of Service - Seoforgia

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Seoforgia, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Seoforgia helps you understand how AI systems refer to your brand and what you can improve. Results are decision-support only - not a guarantee of outcomes and not professional legal, financial, or marketing advice.

3. Accounts

You must keep login details secure and are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us about unauthorized use.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as shown at purchase. Unused allowances do not roll over unless we state otherwise. You may cancel; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Withdrawal (digital services)

By buying digital access you agree it starts immediately after payment. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. Payments are final except where law requires otherwise or we confirm a verified service failure. Refunds: hello@vibestudio-res.com

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Seoforgia, bypass limits, abuse the service, or use it unlawfully. Do not resell access unless your plan allows it.

7. Intellectual property

Seoforgia and related materials belong to RES Solutions Ltd. You receive a limited license to use the service for your internal business purposes.

8. Outputs

Analysis outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use them.

9. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid for Seoforgia in the 12 months before the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

12. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, except where mandatory consumer rules apply. Courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms and post a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
