1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing vibestudio-res.com or using our software products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

RES Solutions Ltd. provides enterprise B2B software (FlowCatcher, VidForge, AdForge, Growth Copilot, Sigma Intelligence) and consumer apps under Vibe Studio (Happiness Index, LinkRadar, VibeMirror, BioHack Coach).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality, all account activity, providing accurate information, and notifying us of unauthorized use.

4. Payment & Subscription

Products offered on subscription or pay-per-use basis. Prices displayed at purchase. Price changes do not affect prepaid periods.

5. Withdrawal & Refund Policy (Digital Services)

By purchasing digital services, you agree that access is provided immediately after payment. In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14‑day withdrawal right does not apply. Payments are final except where required by law or in cases of verified technical failure. Refund requests: hello@vibestudio-res.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and logos are owned by RES Solutions Ltd. Limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license granted for personal or internal business use.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership. We store and process solely to provide the service. Content deletion removes it from active systems.

8. Prohibited Use

No unlawful use, harassment, impersonation, disruption, unauthorized access, malware, or automated data collection.

9. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party content or services linked from our platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach. You may terminate your account at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to amount paid in 12 months preceding claim, or €50 if no payment. Does not exclude liability for death/injury, fraud, or non-excludable liability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RES Solutions for claims arising from your violation of Terms or misuse of services.

14. Governing Law

Laws of Republic of Bulgaria, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply. Courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

15. Changes

Updates posted with revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
